Our“DDR5 Long DIMM Socket” shows the best High-Temperature Warpage performanceamong 8 vendors, according to JEDEC & Intel report in June 2020. This test measures the housing warpage at 215±5°C (before & after peak temperature), andevaluate the warpage with criteria under 0.08mm. Only 50% venders passedthe test! Argosy’s three samples gave the consistent results at 0.04mm (testresult below), which verifies our excellent design and production capability.
Spec. Comparison Between DDR5 & DDR4
DDR5 Long DIMM Socket is downsized than DDR4 Socket in all aspects(below chart), which brings difficulty for the product coplanarity &solderability. Therefore, we improvestructure design to enhance the DRAM card fixing force, and adopt “NegativePressure Injection” and “Zero Stress Pin Insertion” technology to overcome thepotential issues.
