JEDEC published “DDR5 288 Pin U/R/LR DIMM Connector Performance Standard” in Aug. 2021.
It’s expected DDR5 to achieve around 10% market adoption by end of 2022, and increase to 20% by 2023 and excess DDR4 by 2024.
Argosy provides over 20 different specification of Type-C connectors, including top performance, super speed, waterproof, and various spec mix for different mechanical designs and function requirements.
M.2 is moving from Gen 3 (8 GT/s) toward Gen 4 (16 GT/s) and even Gen 5 (32 GT/s). PCI-SIG published M.2 Gen 4 standard in Q4 2020, and released M.2 Gen 5 proposed solution in Apr. 2021. Argosy offers over 50 spec mix of M.2 Gen 4 and has been used in Intel's Horseshoe Bend foldable laptop.
