Respect for Labor Rights:
We uphold labor rights by ensuring freedom of career choice, freedom of association, prohibition of child labor, protection of female employees’ rights and health, non-discrimination, and the prevention of any inhumane treatment. All wages, benefits, and working hours comply with relevant labor regulations.

Employee Benefits

(1) Labor and Health Insurance:
All new employees are enrolled in labor insurance and national health insurance, with premiums shared according to government regulations.

(2) Group Insurance:
In the event of occupational injury, disability, illness, or death, compensation is provided in accordance with Articles 59–61 of the Labor Standards Act. In addition, the company provides group insurance at its own expense as supplemental protection, with beneficiaries designated under the Act. Group insurance benefits may offset liabilities related to sick leave, occupational injury compensation (including wages, labor and health insurance), and damages. Any remaining balance will be provided as general consolation payments to the employee’s family.

(3) Bonuses:
Based on business performance and individual contributions, the company issues year-end bonuses before Lunar New Year and may distribute additional bonuses as appropriate.

(4) Annual Travel:
The Employee Welfare Committee organizes one annual domestic or overseas trip. Subsidy details are announced each year by the committee.

(5) On-the-Job Training:
To enhance professional skills and knowledge, employees may receive training through:

  • Internal skill workshops and practical training using company facilities.
  • External professional courses related to job duties, available to employees with at least six months of service, with tuition subsidies provided according to the company’s Training Management Policy.

(6) Other Benefits:

  • Each month, 0.1% of company net revenue is allocated to the Employee Welfare Committee for activities such as travel, gatherings, and allowances for weddings or bereavement.
  • Employees contribute 0.5% of their monthly salary to the Welfare Committee fund and in turn enjoy its benefits.
  • While no staff dormitories are provided, the company assists employees in finding suitable housing if needed, with expenses borne by the employee.
  • Depending on the work location, the company provides lunch either on-site or through a monthly meal allowance.

Retirement System

(1) On August 16, 2010, the company applied to the Hsinchu City Government to settle years of service under the old retirement system, which was approved on September 1, 2010 (Labor No. 0990096237). Pensions are calculated in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.

(2) All employees are enrolled in the New Labor Pension System, with the company contributing 6% of total monthly salary to each employee’s individual pension account at the Bureau of Labor Insurance.

Workplace Environment & Employee Safety Measures

Access Control & SecurityAll company facilities are equipped with digital surveillance systems, security monitoring, and access control to ensure the safety of employees and clients.
Maintenance and Inspection of EquipmentRegular occupational safety and health inspections are carried out, covering elevators, fire safety equipment, company vehicles, water dispensers, and air-conditioning systems. All equipment undergoes scheduled maintenance, and first-aid kits are available on-site to ensure a safe and high-quality working environment. To further eliminate potential hazards and protect employee health and safety, professional agencies are commissioned every 2 years to conduct public safety inspections.
Disaster Prevention & Emergency ResponseThe company has established Occupational Safety and Health Guidelines and Management Regulations, covering disaster prevention, emergency response, and occupational incident reporting. Safety drills are conducted periodically. An Occupational Safety and Health Officer (part-time) has been appointed and officially registered with the Hsinchu City Labor Inspection Office to oversee workplace safety and health matters.
Physical Health Management• New employees are required to undergo pre-employment health checks.
• In-service employees receive regular health examinations every 2 years in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all workplaces.
• The company organizes health seminars and CPR training.
• Dedicated staff handle daily office cleaning and disinfection.
Mental Health & Employee Care• Anti-sexual harassment policies, complaint procedures, and disciplinary measures are in place.
• Some departments publish internal newsletters, providing employees with a platform to share writing and feedback.
• A General Manager’s Mailbox is available for employees to express opinions directly to company leadership.
Insurance & Medical SupportEmployees are enrolled in labor insurance (including occupational accident coverage), national health insurance, and group insurance. In the event of injury or casualty, the HR department assists with all related insurance procedures.
