Reporting Business Ethics Violations

A. Argosy provides a Business Ethics Violation Reporting System for both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, consumers, clients, direct or indirect employees, shareholders, young workers, trainees, domestic and foreign migrant workers, worker representatives, employees in various functions, on-site service providers, and other potentially affected parties.

Reports should be detailed and specific. If submitting a report, please use the Business Ethics Violation Reporting System below. Reporters may submit anonymously. The company will handle each case according to the hierarchy of the reported individual.

  • Cases Involving Company Directors or Senior Executives (General Manager Level or Above)
  • Cases Involving Regular Employees

B.  In addition to using the online reporting system, whistleblowers may report incidents in person, by phone, in writing, or via dedicated email boxes, as described below:
