DDR5最新消息
根據JEDEC與Intel今年六月份的報告，我們的”DDR5 Long DIMM連接器”在高溫翹曲測試表現為8家供應商之冠。測試方法為量測塑膠本體在215±5°C (高峰溫度前後) 的翹曲變化度需低於0.08mm之標準，僅有50%廠商通過測試。優群三件樣品經測試皆呈現0.04mm的一致性(下圖為測試結果)，說明優異的產品設計能力與精良的製造工藝。
DDR5 vs. DDR4 規格比較
DDR5 Long DIMM連接器與DDR4相比，各部位尺寸都更加精密(下表)，使得產品平整度、焊錫性要求更高。因此，我們在結構設計優化，增加DRAM卡固持力，並採用特有”負壓注塑”及”零應力插針組裝技術”，可有效克服技術門檻。
