We have always maintained a very low RMA rate, because we implement strict quality management to ensure that all aspects of the entire product development and production process include the results of information, communication, production and other processes.

In addition, our products are repeatedly tested to guarantee their durability and reliability. Not only that, in order to achieve better product quality and yield, the company will continue to strive for progress in the future.

Develop green products and reduce the use of harmful substances in the manufacturing process.
Comply with environmental regulations and customers’ environmental protection requirements.
Promote industrial waste reduction, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and implement resource recycling and reuse.

Reduce the use of hazardous substances

The production equipment and parts used by us and the hazardous substances contained in the company’s products must comply with the standards of EU RoHS regulations.

Compliant with ISO 14001 production standards

ISO 14001 is used as a guiding principle for production to assess the direct and indirect impact of production on the environment.

Adhere to the 3R principle

In terms of packaging materials, we adhere to the principles of reusable and recyclable to select packaging materials for product packaging, so as to reduce the waste caused by the use of natural resources. In addition, we are also actively involved in the development and application of energy-saving technologies and introduces them into our product production.

Lead-free manufacturing process

In view of the fact that lead waste is still buried as the final disposal, Elite uses lead-free manufacturing throughout the process, and strictly controls the lead content in the product to reduce the impact on the environment.

RBA Policy Statement

All of the company’s activities related to RBA, including corporate social responsibility, employee human rights, employee welfare, occupational safety and health, environmental protection, professional ethics, system management, etc.:

Implement continuous and effective RBA management objectives and continuously improve the company’s RBA management status.
Comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations of RBA to achieve efficient RBA management performance.
Promote labor-management cooperation and provide an equal and fair working environment.
Respect the freedom of employees and prohibit any form of forced labor and discrimination.
Reasonably arrange the production plan and the working hours of employees, and ensure the right of employees to rest and vacation.

Control the discharge of pollutants from production and reduce the consumption of energy and resources.

The Company’s Policy on Conflict Minerals

The Company does not support or use minerals mined in the context of armed conflict and human rights violations. Suppliers shall investigate whether their products contain gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn), cobalt (Co), mica (Mica), etc., and confirm that these metals are not from minerals from conflict areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
