Supplier Management Policy

Argosy integrates sustainability into daily supply chain management through supplier selection, audits and guidance, and performance evaluations, all built on a foundation of collaboration. Raw material suppliers for production processes are assessed and audited to identify and manage risks related to capacity, quality issues, or supply chain disruptions. Supply chain management performance is reported annually to senior management.

Supplier Evaluation

  • Suppliers are required to obtain ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
  • Suppliers must sign Argosy’s Green Product Declaration, which is established in compliance with EU RoHS, REACH, Halogen-Free directives, and customer requirements. This declaration confirms that all supplied raw materials meet Hazardous Substance-Free (HSF) standards. To date, no HSF non-compliance incidents have occurred.
  • In accordance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, Argosy requires suppliers to sign a Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Statement, committing to uphold RBA standards and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
  • Suppliers are periodically required to provide and sign the REACH SVHC Survey Form to verify that supplied raw materials comply with HSF requirements.
  • Materials, components, and products supplied to Argosy and its subsidiaries/affiliates must not contain conflict minerals. Suppliers commit to following the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and regularly reviewing material sources to ensure that minerals such as Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), Tin (Sn), Cobalt (Co), and Mica are not sourced from armed groups, illegal organizations, or conflict-affected high-risk areas.

Supplier Assessment

Argosy conducts regular evaluations of suppliers based on quality, delivery performance, and compliance with Hazardous Substance-Free (HSF) test reports. Suppliers whose scores fall below Argosy’s standards may have their procurement suspended or their qualified supplier status revoked. This ensures that all suppliers consistently provide raw materials of stable quality that meet green product requirements.

Supplier Audits

Audit teams composed of members from various functional departments (including Quality Assurance, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing) conduct regular or ad-hoc audits. These audits are carried out in accordance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, IECQ QC080000 Hazardous Substance Process Management, Conflict-Free Mineral Supply Chain, and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.

Audit findings are tracked to ensure corrective actions and continuous improvement. Through these efforts, Argosy and its suppliers work together to enhance quality and technology, refine processes, improve yield rates, strengthen environmental, health and safety performance, and uphold corporate social responsibility standards
