Argosy remains in a leading position in the M.2 connector market, with average annual shipment nearly 200 million units over the past three years and broad adoption across mainstream platforms. These year, we further expands M.2 portfolio into high-entry-barrier M.2 Gen 5 and M.2-1A connectors, including the M.2-1A Gen 5 mid-mount 1.8 mm solution that simultaneously supports 32 GT/s high-speed transmission, high current capability, and slim device designs, which aiming to AI PCs, Ultrabooks, and other thin-and-light systems, enabling reliable high-speed connectivity in space-constrained designs. Meanwhile, the M.2-1A Gen 5 top-mount 9.5 mm solution tailored for workstation-class platforms, offering stable power delivery and enhanced structural strength.
M.2 Gen 5 supports next-generation SSDs and high-speed computing modules, while M.2-1A Gen 5 is optimized for WLAN, Wi-Fi 7, and other high-current applications. Currently aligned with the PCI-SIG 2023 specifications, Argosy has developed over 30 M.2 Gen 5 products and more than 10 M.2-1A products, and has already initiated early development of M.2 Gen 6 to address future high-speed interconnect demands.

M.2 Gen 4 Connectors (16 GT/s), divided into Gen 4 M.2-1A & Gen 4 M.2 0.5A, launched over 80 spec.
- Gen 4 M.2-1A: 2.0, 2.2, 3.2, 4.2mm (4 heights with over 10 spec. mix) shipped
- Gen 4 M.2 0.5A: launched from height 1.2mm (mid-mount) to 12.7mm (top-mount) (more than 17 heights with over 40 spec. mix)
We are also capable of developing customized spec., like M.2 3-in-1connector (213-pin) for unique functions.
